Te Horo Harvest is a small organic farm with its own commercial kitchen located on the Hautere Plains in Kapiti. We are passionate about working and living sustainably – any ingredients in our preserves that we don’t grow ourselves we source primarily from New Zealand Organic Growers. The Inspiration for this spicy sauce comes from Central America…the hot smokey flavour of chipotle chillies spices any meat dish.
