This Manuka Smoked Sea Salt makes a delicious aromatic seasoning with a unique change of taste complemented by an appetizing nut-brown colour. Use as a seasoning in cooking or sprinkle on seafood, poultry, meats, vegetables, focaccia breads and other dishes for a delicate smoke-cured flavour.

Comes in a fine grind, although not as fine as the table salt; best served in a grinder for the table.Keep very dry. If salt absorbs moisture, dry contents in a warm oven.
