A small, green legume from the same family as peas and lentils. They have a crisp, nutty flavour and can be used in both sweet and savoury dishes. Traditionally, mung beans are popularly used in Thai and Vietnamese desserts. They’re a tasty way to add a little extra fibre to soups and salads.

Manufactured on site that also handles peanuts, soy, tree nuts, sesame and gluten.Cooking Instructions:To cook, add 3 cups of water to every 1 cup of mung beans in a pot. Bring to a boil then reduce to a medium-low heat and cook for around 25 minutes or until tender. We recommend rinsing in water or soaking overnight before cooking.
