HOW TO USE

Apply sunscreen liberally and evenly, taking care to cover all areas of the skin, including face, at least 20 minutes prior to sun exposure.

The Cancer Council of Australia recommends applying at least 7 grams of sunscreen per limb, including face and neck.

Reapply sunscreen every 1 to 2 hours, especially if you have been swimming, sweating, or have towel-dried your body.

Sunscreen is only one part of a complete sun safety regime. To properly protect yourself and your loved ones from sun damage, wear a hat, sunglasses and protective clothing, and always seek shade where possible.
