How Does My Order Get Shipped?

Your order will be processed during standard work hours Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:30pm.

Once you have finalized your order on the checkout page a notification will be sent to our team at the shop.

In store we start by checking that all ordered items are available, In the rare case that an item is not available we will contact you immediately to either remove the item, substitute the item or delay shipping. After all items have been confirmed they will be packed into a box of suitable size, then shipped at the earliest possible time. 

Shipping Options

Orders Over $200

If your order is over $200; We’ll cover the cost of shipping Nationwide!

The final cost will be presented to you at the checkout screen, If there are any missing items from your order we will contact you immediately to remove the items charge or sort alternate products/ shipping solutions. 

As soon as payment is approved & the order is packed it will ship at the next available opportunity (usually within a day of the payment confirmation). When the order ships we will email your confirmation & shipping number.

Orders Under $200

If your order is under $200; The cost of shipping is up to you.

At the checkout screen you will be presented with the cost of your order including shipping; the shipping is automatically calculated based on the shipping address entered, please be aware that Rural addresses will incur an additional $5.00 fee.

As soon as payment is approved & the order is packed it will ship at the next available opportunity (usually within a day of the payment confirmation). When the order ships we will email your confirmation & shipping number.

How Do I Pay?

We accept either direct credit (We use Westpac’s secure gateway to ensure your security and do not keep any of your payment information), or bank transfer to our listed account on the checkout screen.

How Long Will It Take?

When your order has been fully processed and payment has been confirmed it will be shipped at the earliest available opportunity, a notification will be sent to you by email or text once your order is on its way. The delivery estimate is highly dependent on the location:

North Island: 1 – 2 Business Days, Rural: 3 – 4 Business Days

South Island: 2 – 3 Business Days, Rural: 4 – 5 Business Days

Can I Track My Order?

Organic Nation ships with Nz Couriers which provide full tracking services, a tracking number will be sent to you along with your shipping confirmation.

Premium Shipping

The premium shipping option provides you with the opportunity to have your order skip the que; your order will be processed before all standard orders.

If you need your product immediately or would simply like to skip the que then premium shipping is the way to go!
